Do I need a gym?+
No. I build every program around the equipment you have — a full commercial gym, a home rack, or just dumbbells and bands. If you can train, we can work.
Can beginners join?+
Yes. Most of my roster started with little to no lifting experience. We teach movement, build capacity, and progress from there.
What if I travel?+
The program flexes with your schedule. Travel weeks get their own programming — bodyweight, hotel gym, or whatever you have access to.
Do you coach women?+
Yes. I've coached hundreds of women, including through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. This is a real specialty, not a side note.
Do you coach athletes?+
Yes. Sport-specific performance work is a separate track — see the Coaching page. I've played at the highest level and I still speak the language.
How often do we talk?+
Weekly check-ins at minimum. Remote and Elite plans include unlimited in-app messaging so you can ask questions in real time. Elite adds bi-weekly video calls.
What happens after I apply?+
You'll get a message from me within 48 hours. If we're a fit, we set up a call, choose a plan, and start building. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
How long is the commitment?+
Remote and Elite coaching are offered in 6- or 12-month commitments. That gives you enough time to learn the system, build habits, and implement what you've learned before you run your own training.
Do you write nutrition plans?+
I don't hand out meal plans. I teach you how to eat — protein, calories, sleep, hydration — so the changes stick after coaching ends.
I'm 55+. Is this still for me?+
Especially. Muscle is the foundation of health, metabolism, and independence as you age. Most of my clients are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
